Mitsuhiro (Mitch) Umino

Mitsuhiro (Mitch) joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1998. Prior to joining AIGF Advisors Pte Ltd., he was the Head of ALM Planning office at the Finance department of Mitsubishi Corporation since 2022, where he concurrently managed the corporate pension fund comprising multiple alternative investment instruments. Prior to this, he worked at an aircraft leasing subsidiary for twelve years, where he served various senior roles involved in M&A transactions, interacting with private equity funds, reorganizing the company, establishing, and liquidating JVs. His other assignments at MC include managing funds at an asset management subsidiary in the UK which was authorized and regulated by the (then) UK Financial Services Authority. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University (Economics), and a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
