AIGF to exit its stake in RD

AIGF is pleased to announce that Bamboo (Thailand) Holding Pte. Ltd., a special-purpose vehicle majority-owned by AIGF I, has entered into a share purchase agreement with Devyani International DMCC, a subsidiary of Devyani International Limited, for the latter to acquire the shares of Restaurants Development Co. Ltd. The closing of the transaction is subject to satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.
